If you contact us or join the pilot

We keep your name, email address, company and the details you send us, so we can reply and set up your access. We don't sell this information or share it with other companies, and we don't send marketing you haven't asked for.

Information about venues

Our records are about businesses: venue names, addresses, opening dates, venue type and the operating company. They come from public sources, including:

We keep the source and date for every record. Where a public record names a person, such as a company director, we only use the company name and a link to the source. If you think a record is wrong, or you'd like information about you removed, email us and we'll review it promptly.

Instagram and Facebook data

We use Meta's official Instagram API to read public posts from business and creator accounts about venue openings. We don't access private accounts or messages. If you'd like your business account excluded, email us and we'll remove it.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

How long we keep information

Contact details are kept while you're a pilot member or customer, and deleted within 12 months of you leaving unless you ask us to keep them. Venue records are kept as an ongoing history of openings and closures.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@hosporadar.com. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
